WINGS invests in indie games by teams in which women and marginalized gender developers hold key positions.

Our mission is simple: find talented, diverse teams and fund their high potential games. The success of diverse teams will lead to more unique ideas coming to life, new voices being heard, and new games that cater to a wider variety of players.

Our investment decisions are driven by a selection committee of outstanding women game developers. We passionately believe that better representation leads to better creativity.

You stay in control of creative- and business decisions for your game, and we are right next to you with support at any time.
We fund games up to $500,000 and we help you self-publish them.

The best (?) terms in the industry:
✩ Your revenue share is 30% until we recoup our investment once, 50% until we recoup twice and then 70%. We adjust this according to the risk.
✩ You have complete creative and business control.
✩ You keep your IP rights.
✩ You propose the milestone payments that work best for you.
✩ A contract easy to understand: clear 4-page contract.

After submitting your application, it will be reviewed by our board of industry professionals who form the Selection Committee. Composed only of women from international, diverse backgrounds and areas of expertise across console, PC and mobile games, the committee is collectively deeply connected to the market and to our industry. The rolling committee members are rotated on a regular basis. The committee members review each application as a team before passing each submission through to the next stage.
